Privacy Policy

Effective July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Voartex LLC ("Voartex," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Helm, including the Helm website, remote MCP service, ChatGPT integration, and related support and billing services (collectively, the "Service").

Information we collect

We collect information you provide or authorize us to access, including:

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize Helm; authenticate users; retrieve authorized source data; generate analyses and recommendations; maintain monitors and run history; process subscriptions and usage billing; troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service; respond to support; and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, at your direction, or as required by law. This can include OpenAI when you use Helm through ChatGPT; infrastructure and hosting providers; Stripe for payments and metered billing; Google services for the website lead form; and data providers or connected services you ask Helm to use. Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Voartex, or others; comply with a lawful request; or support a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. You can remove an individual connected source with Helm's disconnect tool. You may request account-data access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, tax, or legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include hashed API keys, encrypted connected-source credentials, scoped authentication, and controls that separate customer tools from operator-only tools. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional profile information, disconnect sources, avoid including sensitive information in prompts, or stop using the Service. Do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or unrelated personal data into Helm requests. Never send credentials in a support email.

Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International use

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Helm evolves. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
