Terms of Service

Effective July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Helm, including the Helm website, remote MCP service, ChatGPT integration, and related services (the "Service") provided by Voartex LLC ("Voartex," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Helm for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Helm helps Amazon brands, agencies, and operators connect authorized business-data sources, investigate marketplace questions, monitor listings, and produce evidence-backed analyses and recommendations. Features and supported sources may change as the Service develops.

Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for activity under your account. You may connect only accounts and data that you are authorized to access. You authorize Helm to access and process connected-source data as needed to fulfill your requests. Third-party services, including OpenAI, Amazon-related data providers, advertising platforms, payment processors, and other connected sources, are governed by their own terms.

Permitted use

You may use Helm for lawful internal business purposes in accordance with your plan. You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; access data without authorization; probe or disrupt the Service; bypass usage, access, or safety controls; introduce malware; reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where law expressly permits; or use Helm output to mislead customers, marketplaces, or regulators.

Recommendations and human review

Helm is an analytical and decision-support service. Its outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and should be reviewed by a qualified human before action. Unless a tool clearly says otherwise and you expressly authorize it, Helm's diagnostic workflows are recommend-only and do not make live Amazon, advertising, catalog, pricing, inventory, or customer-contact changes. You remain responsible for marketplace compliance, business decisions, account changes, and verifying source data. Helm does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, pilot fees, usage charges, renewal terms, and included services are presented at checkout or in an order form. You authorize our payment processor to charge applicable amounts. Except where required by law or stated in an order form, fees are non-refundable. We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts and may change future pricing with reasonable notice.

Your data and feedback

You retain your rights in data you submit or authorize Helm to access. You grant Voartex a limited right to host, process, transmit, and generate results from that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the data. If you submit feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Voartex property

The Service, Helm branding, software, workflow designs, and related materials are owned by Voartex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the hosted Service; they do not transfer ownership. Source code distributed under a separate license remains governed by that license.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Helm reliable, but the Service may be interrupted, changed, limited, or discontinued. Beta and pilot features may have additional limitations. We may suspend access to address security, legal, billing, or misuse concerns.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Voartex disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, specific business results, marketplace eligibility, or the accuracy of third-party data or generated output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voartex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, advertising spend, marketplace access, or business opportunity. Voartex's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid Voartex for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using Helm at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or others, fail to pay, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to Voartex LLC at brett@voartex.com.
