Email Helm support
Describe what you expected, what happened, the tool or workflow name, and the approximate time of the problem. Screenshots and non-sensitive error text are welcome.
Never email API keys, access tokens, passwords, payment-card details, or other credentials.

- Confirm the Helm connector URL is https://helmcrate.com/mcp.
- Reconnect through the client if authorization has expired.
- Ask Helm to run helm_welcome or get_source_health to check setup.
- If a connected source is failing, include the source name and error message in your support email, but not its credentials.
Privacy and account requests
For access, correction, deletion, or source-disconnection help, email brett@voartex.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a request.
Service status
You can check the public service health endpoint at helmcrate.com/health. A healthy response confirms the service is online; it does not confirm that every third-party source is available.
