Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective July 16, 2026

This policy applies to the $500 USD Amazon AI Workflow Blueprint remote consulting session provided by Bohannon Consulting LLC (DBA: Voartex) (“Bohannon Consulting”).

Cancel at least 24 hours before the session

You may cancel for a full refund by emailing brett@voartex.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Reschedule at least 24 hours before the session

You may reschedule once without an additional fee by emailing at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Additional rescheduling requests will be handled reasonably based on availability.

Late cancellations and missed sessions

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and missed sessions are non-refundable. Bohannon Consulting may make an exception for an emergency at its discretion.

If Bohannon Consulting must cancel

If Bohannon Consulting cancels the session, you may choose to reschedule without an additional fee or receive a full refund.

After the session begins

Because the Blueprint is a professional service prepared from the working session, payments are non-refundable after the session begins, except where required by law or where Bohannon Consulting does not deliver the agreed written Blueprint.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds will be submitted to Stripe within five business days and returned to the original payment method. Stripe and the customer’s financial institution determine when the refund appears on the account.

Email brett@voartex.com with the purchaser’s name, scheduled date, and request. Do not send payment-card details by email.
