Terms for the Workflow Blueprint

Effective July 16, 2026

These terms apply to the Amazon AI Workflow Blueprint (the “Blueprint”), a remote consulting service provided by Bohannon Consulting LLC (DBA: Voartex) (“Bohannon Consulting”) and delivered by Brett Bohannon. By purchasing the Blueprint, you agree to these terms.

What you are purchasing

The Blueprint includes one 90-minute working session focused on one Amazon or ecommerce workflow and a written workflow plan describing the agreed inputs, steps, outputs, review points, recommended tools or connections, and an implementation approach. The purchase price is $500 USD as a one-time payment. A Helm subscription and implementation services are not included.

Payment and scheduling

Booking is handled through Google Calendar. After choosing an available time, you must complete the connected Stripe Checkout to confirm the session. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending the confirmed session. This is a remote service; no physical goods are shipped, and product returns do not apply.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

The cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If Bohannon Consulting must cancel, the customer may choose a new time or a full refund.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for bringing a reasonably bounded workflow idea and for sharing only information that you are authorized to use. Do not provide passwords, payment-card details, marketplace credentials, or other authentication secrets. You remain responsible for reviewing the Blueprint and for any business, marketplace, advertising, or technical decisions made from it.

Recordings and session notes

The session will not be recorded or transcribed unless Brett tells you before recording begins and you consent. Working notes may be taken to prepare the written Blueprint. More information is provided in the Blueprint Privacy Notice.

Use of the deliverable

You may use the finished written Blueprint for your own internal business operations. You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide. Bohannon Consulting retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general workflow patterns. The Blueprint may not be resold as a standalone product without written permission.

No guaranteed outcome

The Blueprint is a consulting deliverable and implementation plan, not a guarantee of revenue, marketplace performance, technical feasibility, or a specific business result. Recommendations depend on the information available during the engagement and should be reviewed before implementation.
