Blueprint Privacy Notice

Effective July 16, 2026

This notice describes how Bohannon Consulting LLC (DBA: Voartex) (“Bohannon Consulting”) handles information for the Amazon AI Workflow Blueprint consulting service. It is separate from the privacy policy for Helm’s software and subscription services.

Information collected

Information may include your name, email address, company, scheduling details, workflow description, business materials you choose to share, correspondence, and working-session notes. Stripe provides payment status and transaction details; Bohannon Consulting does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, process and confirm the purchase, schedule and deliver the session, prepare the written Blueprint, provide customer support, maintain business records, and protect against fraud or misuse.

Service providers

Stripe processes payment information, and Google Calendar supports scheduling and meeting logistics. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Bohannon Consulting, or others.

Recordings and transcription

The session will not be recorded or transcribed unless Brett tells you before recording begins and you consent. If a recording or transcription tool such as Plaud is proposed, you may decline and still receive the Blueprint service. Any approved recording or transcript will be used to prepare the deliverable and session notes and will be deleted within 90 days after the session unless a longer period is required by law or you agree to continued use for an ongoing engagement.

Retention and security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. Materials are retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your Blueprint information, subject to legal and business-record requirements. You can also decline optional recording or transcription.
