Bohannon Consulting LLC (DBA: Voartex) (“Bohannon Consulting”) supports questions about payment, scheduling, session preparation, the written Blueprint, cancellations, and refunds.

Response target: within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Scheduling support
Use the Google Calendar booking page to choose a time and complete the connected Stripe Checkout. For help with an existing reservation, reply to the calendar invitation or email the support address with the purchaser’s name and scheduled date.
Cancellations and refunds
Review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchasing. To make a request, email the support address. Do not send payment-card numbers or account passwords.
